What is corporate housing?
Corporate housing is the alternative to extended stay hotels. Premier Furnished Housing is a corporate housing company that provides fully furnished, temporary apartments to many business travelers across the southwest states. Our apartments include all the necessary furniture, cable, high speed internet, local phone and utilities for one low consolidated bill monthly.
Corporate apartments typically provide twice the living space than an extended stay hotel room, at a much lower price. The majority of our apartment complexes offer residents the convenience of onsite hot tubs, pools, business centers, and fitness centers. Can we bring our pets?
Yes, you may bring your family pets and we will find accommodations to suite all of you. Most of our apartments are pet friendly but there might be some breed and weight restrictions. Please call our offices to see what those are. There will always be an additional deposit and fee for each pet. Generally between $100-$300 per pet. We understand that your pets are a big part of the family so we will do whatever we can to find you a home together.

What does a Premier Furnished Home include?
Premier Furnished Housing includes all furniture, high speed internet, cable, local phone, utilities and all house wares. You will find that our fully equipped kitchens, walk in closets, in unit washer and dryers and complex amenities will make you feel right at home. Housekeeping is also available at an additional cost.
Is housekeeping provided?
We do offer housekeeping at an additional cost. Please call our offices for a quote on housekeeping services.
What is the minimum stay?
Since we set up each furnished apartment on a client-to-client basis, our minimum stay is generally 2-3 months. On occasion we will have a home or an apartment available for a shorter term stay. We base all of our leases off 30 day notices so if you need a one month stay and your move in date is less than 30 days out, please call us to see what we have available.
What can I expect to pay for a corporate apartment?
Fully furnished accommodations are very comparable to hotel room rates. We have apartments starting at $65/night and going to $130/ night. Since your temporary apartment will be all inclusive with cable/internet, washer/dryer, utilities, house wares, furniture, set-up fees, deposits and application fees, expect to pay an average of $1,900-$2500 for a one bedroom and $2,400-$3,000 for a two bedroom. Rates vary seasonally as well, so please fill out a reservation request form or call our offices for a quote.

Do you require a security deposit?
Premier Furnished Housing has a security deposit waiver program. We will hold a current credit card on file for any incidentals just like a hotel would. This card will never be charged unless the resident is notified and given adequate time to pay in another way. By allowing residents to rent furnished homes without the security deposit, we feel like we can offer our clients a much better value for temporary accommodations.
What payments are accepted?
We will work with you and your company to make payment arrangements that work for everyone. We do like to only take checks or cashier’s checks for payment but if you must pay with Visa, Amex, or MasterCard, we can honor that request. The first month’s rent is always due before move-in and billing will be sent out by email each month after that.
How does the reservation process work?
The reservation process is very simple. You will be asked to fill out a criminal background check application which will be run by every apartment complex we use. After this comes back we will email you a lease. All leases are signed over fax or email for the convenience of our clients. After you book an apartment with Premier Furnished Housing, you will be sent a confirmation email. On this email will be all the necessary move in information you will need. We set up each apartment with a lock box on the door so that our clients can go directly to the apartment without hassle when they arrive. Payment for the first month’s rent will be due before move in, and subsequent billings will begin after move in date.
You pick the area and we find you a place to call home. Premier Furnished Housing only works with apartment complexes that have a good reputation, and where we feel comfortable. If you have any special requests such as ground floor, handicap accessible, or maid service let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our availability is generally based off what our partner complexes have on the market at the time of move in.
